HOW TO PREPARE A STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE  


Everyone  love  smoothie because they taste so rich and  yummy. Strawberries are one of my favorites, along with good source of antioxidants and help you lose weight if you are on a diet.
We are going to start getting into the habit of dringking smoothies for breakfast because it's a good source of energy verses coffee or energy drinks. Here's how to prepare A STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE. I have learned straberry smootie of my brother in law - Haron Salim from Malaysia.


Strawberry in Cameron Highlands 




Ingredients:

1.  Strawberry  syrup   ( Pati Strawberry ) - 2  tsp   ( 2 sudu kecil)




2. Orenge Juice  ( Jus oren ) - 2 tsp  ( 2 sudu kecil)






3. Montel Bananas - one  or   Emas bananas - 5 


4. Sugar Syrup ( Air gula )-  2 tbsp  ( 2 sudu besar ) 









5. 10  ice cubes






Place all ingredients in a blenderBlend until all 

ingredients are smooth
